Front / Rear Projector advice

Having moved house and taken an equity share loan from the bank, I find I
have £4000 ish left for home cinema. I would like to get a projector of some
kind. Which is best for a room 12' by 8' dedicated to Home Cinema. I was
thinking of a toss-up between the Ellie CRT @ £3800 inc installation and the
Toshiba 56" @ £2300. Can anybody recommend any better ones and also tell me
where I could view them in action. I live in Portsmouth but would travel as
far north as Birmingham for a good buy.

I have seen the ellie demoed in Birmingham and I thought it was fantastic -
much better than an lcd. I did have a lcd projector, but am saving up for an
ellie. You will find the advert for the ellie in home cinema choice. If you
need the address in Birmingham I will find it for you.
