marantz sr4200 opinions?

im thinking of buying a marantz sr4200 as an amplifier for my dvd player and
occasional cd,anyone have one or know about them...ive read a few reviews
and all have been good..but i thought id check with you lot first..:O)

I have a SR5200 and my father in law bought a SR4200. Trust me; they're
great.

I've had the Marantz SR4200 since Boxing day (I had one on the 23rd but one
of the rear channels wasn't working so had to exchange it). Although I
wanted the SR 5200 originally (they were out of stock) I am very happy with
the SR4200, almost been running it none stop. I must have close on 200 DVD's
at present and I although I rarely ever watch a DVD twice (never seem to
find the time) I have found myself watching many again and I am very
impressed with the sound difference compared to my Pro-Logic TV. So far I
have to admit DTS is coming out tops imho (humble). At present I still
haven't added a subwoofer either. That is next on my list. Also I find DPL2
for music cd's is good fun :).
