I'm after upgrading to a Paradigm PDR-10 from my PDR-8
If anyone can oblige, I would be most grateful.

Once obtained (or even better in p/x), my PDR-8 will be up for sale

Thanks
David
direct email would be appreciated (remove MAPS)

Kurt has one.

Why not upgrade to a much better sub? (Paradigm Servo, Rel, SVS, etc)

Because he wants a PDR-10 Nath, or he would have asked for one.

because he's asked for a PDR-10, perhaps?

Why upgrade to the same line, but one model up?
I can't see the point myself.. perhaps upgrading to PW line be more
worthwhile..

Because he wants a bit better sub than he has but doesn't want to spend much
money doing so perhaps?
He has made his mind up so stop thinking you know better than everyone

I'm sure there are a lot of things you can't see the point of.

Perhaps once you might try passing up the opportunity to recommend huge subs
to everyone.
Not everyone wants/needs/can afford one

I have a PS-1000 that I can sell. I know you specifically mention the PDR-10
but thought I would increase your options :). I have no idea on price as I
have no idea how much they are worth, also delivery would could be costly as
they are pretty big. If your anywhere near S.E. London then I could of
course deliver.

So to recap, first I don't have what you want, I offer something you may not
want. I then turn to talking you out of what you may not want because I have
no idea of price and delivery could be a problem. Is it worth sending this
post (I will await all the replies telling me it was not worth it :)).

All the best.
Mikedmc.

Thanks Mike
I'd love it but
1. Too bastard big (sound and physical dimensions)
2. It's worth more than I want to pay right now (although I live near
Guildford so a meet for pickup wouldn't have been impossible)

Thanks
David

I guess we all try and 'sell' our own purchases to other to justify the
silly money we pay huh!
Whilst Nige makes absolutely correct reponses to your posts - like you he'll
always recommend his latest buy - yet the difference is he'll sell it the
next week. Good source of crude reviews though LOL
Some people just have money to burn!
Sure - realistically I'd go for any decent sub of reasonably small
dimensions but the PDR range offer what must be the best *value* for money
which is why I'm only going up one model (I also wanted the 'auto off'
feature as mine is permanently switched on) - although no doubt some bugger
will shout me down for that PDR opinion.

Whatever you have or wise to upgrade to; would you sell your existing 1.0
litre car just to buy a identical model, except one with a 1.3 litre engine?
Sure the engine is more powerful, but would you notice it? Why not buy a 1.6
injection- you'll notice the difference then.

What about the BK XLS 200? That's £270.

Go on buy a SVS cylinder. Only 16cm wide, by 39cm tall ;-)

It is NOT a car and I have explained my criteria. In your world - the 1.3
would be fine - otherwise why not go for the GTi? I set my limit and I'm
trying to progress it.

Very nice - more than I want to pay. Got one for £80? If so, I'll take it.

As I tried to explain, cost is also an issue. I'll bear it in mind for
future

Hi John,

TBH I have no idea how much they go for, I can't even remember how much I
paid for them (I have 2 - only selling my spare one of course). If you have
a price you think it is worth and wish to pay then email me and maybe we'll
take it from there.

It definitely has a big bang!! :)

Mike.

Sorry it's taken so long to reply, I went away for the weekend and I was

lighter side of what I would want for it, can't be bothered to get it out
for £80 :).
