Need help with a Dudley Sutton film
{AGUT}Gangsta
Dudley Sutton as the main character. He is some kind of villain in a town
that has been deserted for some reason (maybe something to do with a power
station) and he basically goes about stealing things from peoples houses
while they are where ever they have been sent to. And I think either a
little boy or a police man try's to stop him.
Ok its not much to go on, but I have been looking for this film for over 10
years now and until today I didn't know the actors name (Dudley Sutton)
It maybe a BBC film or could even be a series (but I don't think it is)
I've searched everywhere on the web and found loads of films he was in, but
nothing that sounds like its the right one!
Any help would be great

That rings a bell from way back in '88 in BBC-1. IIRC it was one of those
Children's Film Foundation films that used to always be on.
