Just passing through. I remember when I was on here when I was at uni
(10 years ago now!) and there were 4-500 posts a day easy. Ahh the
memories.

Nobody cares about DVD any more. Surely it's all 3D (and/or hi-def) Blu
Ray and streaming/downloadable video nowadays?

To top post, or bottom post, now that is the big question?
Good to see you still around Nige, you spunk guzzling knobjockey...
RCE Defiant is the guy that sold the pot noodle on ebay for 2million quid!
Somebody else had a pair of granny's shit stained knickers on there, and a
bottle of monkey piss... blimey, those were fun days.
DVD is sadly dying, newsgroups are mostly dead.
Do people tweet? or dare I mention facebook? google+ ?

Robb
Think I used 'Corellian Smuggler' as a nick back then...

How do. It's been a while, but I just thought to check out the ole'
stomping ground.

I'm mostly to be found at uk.games.video.misc nowadays. It's not all
videogame talk, no more than we discussed only dvds 'back in the day'.

I'm also on xbox 360 and PS3. If anyone wants to link up in something
like Battlefield 3 (360) my gamertag is gunthergloop on both.

Anyone want to buy a copy of Leon, version integral for £45 ?

Sorry, thought for a moment there that it was 1998.

I was just watching The Matrix and noticed that it had a sort of

I followed your lead and bought a 10' screen from Ebay. Good Lord,
it's bright.

The 3D thing works surprisingly well, but once the novelty of it has
faded I imagine it's something I'd easily live without. All told I'm
happy.

31st July 2022 and I'm still here. Time certainly flies. No more physical media at my house.

Netflix
Amazon Prime
PS5 digital
Sky Q

Everything I need can come down my 900meg FTTP.

Only complaint I really have these days is there are way too many streaming services so it all feels very fragmented.

Compare that to Spotify etc and you need 1 music sub and you are basically set.

I hope they fix this mess at some point but I suspect we are stuck with it!

Fingers crossed for the ladies tonight. COME ON ENGLAND!!!!*

*Women's EURO final tonight, England vs Germany
