Dear All,

Been looking at a TV sold by unbeatable.co.uk -

What are they like for buying stuff + what reputation do they
have - after sales support if problems arise?

I've seen a TV there which I quite fancy -

The Philips 28PW6615C 28" Widescreen Prologic set...

Can anyone provide me with any advice please!

Cheers,

Rob

P.S. Currys have the set down for 700 quid! Unbeatable = 550!!

Nothing but praise for their support!

I got a Mico DVD player that was problematic. They replaced it, then gave a
refund
when the second machine showed the same fault. Both times they were easy to
get hold
of, no messing about and paid for collection from me.

I've just ordered an amp off them today, btw.

I've used unbeatable quite a few times yet. Recently they just refunded on a
camera that broke after 11months. Their prices too seem to be cheapest
around.

btw I have a Philips 6615, great telly. I bought mine via the Philips Staff
Sales and it was £50 more than unbeatable!!!

If you are buying a WS TV I would advise looking at one in a shop first and
check how big the 4:3 picture mode looks,I found that on a 28" it looks a
bit small and went for a 32".
