Not too many policemen would let a serial murderer get away.
Peter Sutcliffe was a copycat killer responsible for 4 murders and had
been eliminated 12 times as the ripper.
Keith Hellawell, the handsome and deceptive face of the police PR
machine for so long, is as bent as any man could be.
He maintained the pretence that Peter Sutcliffe, a mentally disturbed
man who confessed to many murders that he wasnt responsible for, in
order to
save the face of corrupt police colleagues who all resigned after
Sutcliffe's conviction which was secured by these false confessions.
The public were left with the Real Ripper walking the streets of West
Yorkshire while Hellawell massaged the media with lies.
How does he look himself in the face?

sounds to me like Steve Walker is quite disturbed by this. Perhaps he
should get on to Keith Hellawell and get his view. Lets find out who
