Hello

I used to know the Flood family who lived in Farnham in Surrey.
Sadly Gerald (Gerry) passed away in 1989 and I fear his wife Annie may
have passed since then. Does anyone know if their son Simon is still
floating around the pubs of Farnham high street (the Old Deer and The
Vine Bar of the Bush hotel spring to mind)

Gerry was an actor
Simon once worked as a set designer (I think) on the TV show - "Auf
Wiedersehen Pet"

Just hoping / wondering if these folks ring a bell with anyone in
here.

Thanks for your time.

I can help with this. Annie Flood is still alive but frail to the
extreme. She can be seen walking very very slowly around Farnham and we
see her in our pub, details below. No doubt she is a frequent face in
the other pubs too.

We see less of her as the years pass but she is still around. We havn't
seen Simon for quite a while.

I remember him in "The Ratcatchers". One of those modish spy series in the
1960s. He died young, only 61.

Bit of a dapper chap IIRC.

yes I knew Gerry, Annie and Simon also worked briefly with Tim's wife Anna at Pete Hobson's place in Bentley. Used to see them in all of the local hostelries apart from Tim and Anna. Not sure who is still around I moved away sometime ago.
Used to see themin the Marlborough Head often always very entertaining company.

I suspect you may be replying to an old message, though since you
haven't quoted any of it it's hard to be sure.
