Jon D is a Facebook friend and is very active. Have met up with him in
Ontario a number of times.

Yes Fourth Warrior, Dave Whitbread from Plymouth. He was elderly. I saw him
and his wife in Derriford Oncology Department. His wife had cancer. That
must have been prior to 1994 before my wife died.
