You work hard, you pay your tax, a neighbour is claiming incapacity benefit,
he works cash in hand as a builder a few days a week, he brags about how
much money he has and calls you a mug for being legal, do you report him
anonymously ?

Ask yourself if the shoe was on the other foot (not that you'd do it), would
he grass on you? I'd use the answer to that to work out if I would grass. I
mean, normally I am opposed to grassing on all but the most serious
crimes......but if the guy bragged in my face.....ouch.....tough one. I
really don't know.....sorry.

Well I did, report him as I saw it he had his hand in my pocket, I paid a
three year old £22.000 tax bill in ~Jan ,My hard earned savings are making
next to nowt and what little they do is being taxex at 20% I just could not
help but think this scrounger might get this in benifits plus his cash in
hand work, he got three years and has to pay back £150,000 in false
claims,if I lived another 20 years I would never be able to save that
amount,
