He should have called them on his mobile, and informed the attending
officer who he was, with a b*ll*cking if appropriate should Constable
Savage have taken his time about getting there, and ensured that
appropriate action was taken. The incident was bound to have been
recorded on CCTV.

Make your mind up, are they making the streets safe, or not?

Obviously not! However, it take guys like Boris to act immediately in
situations such as this and I reckon he did a good job.
