I was there between 87-90 I think, and he was 2 or 3 years older than me.
Other than that I could probably name lots of teachers and ex-pupils. Mr
Partridge was a good bloke. Mr Stevens was head while I was there. Mr Munday
went out with a girl at the schools mum. The might even have gotten married.
Miss Williams never found love and remained a lesbian until her scrawny
carcass crumbled away. God she was rank.
Mrs Oak was pretty worthy! As was Miss Taylor, a teacher from Brazil. She
taught PE and was young and fit.. Mrs Walding was the ginger third year head
and was quite a dragon. Mr Blake I've mentioned in previous posts. Mrs Odds
was the receptionist, and she still lives round the corner from the school.
They have loads of classic cars which they use for weddings. Mr Feaver the
p00F!! Last I heard he was living up the Esplanade in Rochester just off
Shorts Way. Ohhh its all coming back....Miss Matthews, Miss Measures, Mrs
Ackerly!!
I'll shut-up for now. Know any of them Desp0?
Don't recall.

Partridge? Still there! He was a sort of harmless guy when I was there
in 80-84 (rookie teacher perhaps?)
> Mr Stevens was head while I was there.
He was strange... didn't he get the boot?
> Mr Munday
> went out with a girl at the schools mum. The might even have gotten married.
Mundy was cool. Mundy was the coolest teacher I've ever known. Blakey
was cool too, as was Mr Thomas (Rhys Thomas's dad if anyone remembers).

The pottery teacher? Dunno how she managed to get to work on windy
days.
> Mrs Oak was pretty worthy!
Maths/Science teacher? worthy? the one who gives out detty's for
spelling chrystal wrong (or is it crystal? - dunno fayled inglish oh
level).
She was OK for maths though. I guess it was oak and mundy that managed
to get me into topset maths at HOH and ultimately 2 A-level grade A's
(not really bragging).

Never heard of them!

(se above) -Didn't he end up as a pilot trainer or trainee or
something. He quit when I'd just started uni. Used to see him at the
shops in cliffewoods from time to time.
Mrs Odds

They must be goddam rich... can't beleive she need to work.
Mr Feaver the

Heard about him... I think he was my brother's teacher. Got the
impression he danced at the other end of the ballroom.

Matthews? Measures? I recall the names... can't think why?

Are you going to tell us which Daniel you are then? I understand your
request for anonimity if you choose not to.

Mr Stevens - Bit posh and serious. Ex public school boy type. Taught me
English which would explain a lot
Mr Munday - V. popular teacher. Cool teacher and knew it. Nickname
Dangermouse - had same initials. I couldn't stand him. He always wore too
much aftershave. I thought he was gay actually.
Mr Thomas - a good bloke though
Blakey - Tosser
Mrs Oak - I think it was Mrs OKE actually. She was my form teacher in my
last yr. Yes, good at Maths, but did hand out detentions like smarties. In
fact once gave me a detention because SHE lost my homework. Never forgiven
her. She didn't even apologise when she found my homework. My one and only
detention. Thought I was going get so done by parents and it was all her
fault.
Mr Blake - Right tosser. Sports teacher. Even my Mum had a row with him!
Mr Price - Definitely a bit odd. I thought he got the sack for throwing a
boy across the dining hall!
May I ask who your wife is? I was there at the same time.
> Mr Stevens - Bit posh and serious. Ex public school boy type. Taught me

He was cool... I completely forgot about the dangemouse nickname!
> Mr Thomas - a good bloke though
He sure was. Rhys Thomas was sort of a mate. Mr Thomas was his Dad.
> Blakey - Tosser
didn't like him too much while I was there... well he did force us to
freeze our balls of playing rugby.
But out of school, and once I'd got to uni he was actually quite a cool
guy.

I can't beleive how similar our responses are! See my earlier post!
Actually I think it was Oke. I got a few detties too for her failures!
And I thought I was one of the goodie boys who whould never do anything
wrong.
In contrast, there was a guy called Lee (forget his last name). He had
a permanent detention for a year all thanks to Oke!!!!

I remember Anne as far back as St Helens.
Didn't she used to hang around with Paula Ambrose?

Everyone had flat tops (except me). It was the in fashion then.

Single most wierd teacher on this planet. Not sure if he actually
originated from this planet tho'.
>
> Justin Bishop and Louise Fletcher...Sam Russell and Rachel Green..
We had a Justin in my class... forget his last name.
Louise Fletcher's Dad was My Mum's boss. (Travel Agent in Strood). Sam
Russell was OK. Used to like her way back in 2nd year CWMS. I think she
even asked me out once. Rachel Green? Wasn't her dad the vicar or
something? Didn't she become a biker?
> There's more...
> I can see faces just cant name them... need help ....
Here's a list of names... (do they match any mental facial images?)
Shaun Long (who was short), Richard (shaun's friend), Wayne West, Mickey
West, Boggy (Andy Codling?), Debbie Welch, Karen&Sarah Marshgreen
(emigrated down-under), Karen&Sarah Woodger, Neil&Sally Woodger, Dean
Kitchen, Marsha Straun (always wondered what happened to her!), Ian
Thomas...
(God this is doing my head in... )
> I'm now going to dig out the photies and put em on the site for a

I have 1 piccy somewhere. It is the 6th Form last ever piccy for my
year. I'll try and hike it out, scan it and bung it on the web too.
Somewhere I have some pics of a trip to Thorpe park... I saw them last
time I moved house, and i keep everything. Never chuck out anything me.
Mr. Thomas was my teacher in 4th yr (well half of it). Was sort of sad
when he quit, cos he was a good teacher.
We then got some ponce with a guitar... I can't even remember his name.
All I remember was him playing songs with lyrics like "Jon
kernacker-nacker too rye ay".
He had to teach us sex education, but didn't have the guts. A real woos
(sp?) if there ever was one.
(Hope he doesn't read u.l.r!)

Well thanks anyway :)
Rach' and I went out for quite some time,
She had a heart of gold underneath the rebelious exterior...
her brothers Dav and Dave were nice blokes.
Drifted apart when she went a bit 'Ooo lala' ...
Now I'm going back to dig out this illusive photie album.
did she???? wow, I didnt know that. As I say she dated my ex for a couple
of years and was a very good role model to my daughter (the only good one he
has ever dated so far in my opinion, but thats another story!). I thought
she was a pretty sound girl, why did she go oolalala!!!???

That name sure rings bells, but I can't think why... can't picture any
faces!
Mind you after the amount of beer I consumed this weekend in Amsterdam
whilst watching rugger, I'm not going to recognise even familiar faces.
