What a farce the Copenhagen meeting was. 130 million down the tubes to host
a two week binge up for the "worlds leaders" and the net result? Zilch. It
was a happy coincidence that the meeting coincided with the coldest December
in recent memory. Brown has been very quiet in the last 24 hours.
Did he not say this was the "last chance to save the world"? Now he mutters
it is "the first step to save the world". Every time he "saves the world"
things get worse!

Experts? Whenever I hear that word on the Today programme or Channel 4 news
I know we are in for an attempted scam. Remember swine flu and the pandemic?
65000 were going to die! So far 299 have died and 95% of them had underlying
health problems Megabucks made by Big Pharma and most of the sucker public
fell for it.
Anyone had more than a cold so far? It was the same with BSE, millions were
going to die. If you were a woman 20 years ago you would die early unless
you took HRT. Now you certainly will die early if you did. It is no wonder
people do not trust "experts".
And now the biggest cancer authority in the States is "questioning" the
wisdom of mammograms and prostate screening! What a shower! Go on, some
clever chappy ask me for the source. It is everywhere!

These "experts" are just joy riders on the taxpayer. How much did Brown
offer the "undeveloped" countries? 1.5 billion! And how much did he offer
the Forces in Afghanistan to "improve" their effectiveness and safety?
Exactly one tenth of that to be deducted from some other parts of the
Defence budget.

And the banks? Much noise off stage for public consumption by Brown and
Darling achieved what? Zilch again. Tax the bonuses. Yea right. That will
work. I was sent this which made me laugh.

My take on part of Broooons agenda at Copenhagen, is had it gone
smoothly, it would have given him a 'don't blame us, this was decided
by a global committee' mandate to beat us all over the head with in
terms of restricting our movements, monitoring us (even more than
ever) (1), and taxing the shit out of us.

It may well still happen (2)... they're meeting up in a nice hot place
which will be enjoying its summer the next time they meet up,
remember.

Although... I also think that some of the Wests agenda was to try and
use Copenhagen to introduce measures to restrict the expansion of
developing countries, such as China.

Would make sense given the current 'climate', so to speak...

Then there's the rhetoric being flogged to death by all those pushing
for
One last thought: The word 'Climate' has more than one meaning - adopt
an alternative to the one assumed to be referred to in the phrase
'Climate Change', and maybe it makes a *lot* more sense. ;-)

(1) 'Smart meters', as an example of incoming 'environmental' measures
which enable easier monitoring of aspects of our lives.
(2) By that I mean Brown or whoever happens to be in charge after the
election getting a mandate from elsewhere, rather than us being taxed
more etc, because the latter is going to happen whether we like it or
not.
