The "Health Campus" lie

When the Health Campus at Watford was first mentioned it was described
as being (among other things) a complete rebuilding of WGH. Recently
"Watford Health Campus News January 2017" came through the letter box.
The only mention of the hospital is in a description of the new road as
improving access to the hospital. The rest of the News is about
property development, oh and the inevitable bit of self promotion for
Mayor Thornhill. I do hope that some imaginative journo is looking at
any Thornhill financial arrangements that may be relevant. He or she
(the journo, that is) won't be from the Watford Observer which has no
interst in investigative journalism.
