Doing the weather .I nearly fell off my chair when he was announced

You're right. He used to be on Scotland Today I believe before they
dispensed with having a weatherman/girl.
His grin was always most comical such was his apparent discomfort doing it.
D'ye know, I was just thinking that when I saw him.... where *have* I seen
him before? Suddenly I'm not sure... was it only ever doin the weather that
I've seen him? Was it nationwide?
Watching him, it didn't feel like it... I dunno; did he used to do Kwik Fit
adverts or summat? Where do I know him from; do I know him doin somethin
other than the weather ? How is his face familiar?
Whit a big, cheery, simple lookin boay but! Let's start another campaign. I
like his face.

Seems like he is a "real" weatherman and not one of those Ceelarutty
ones .
Kenneth McKellar's brother was,I believe, in the Glasgow Met Office
as well ..
