New chat online for Norwich area

All those in the Norwich area who want to chat online will find a new chat

It is an open public forum and anybody is welcome if they live in Norwich,
or the surrounding area, or just want to chat to people from the area.

Very often, with the internet, people are chatting all around the globe and
sometimes they overlook the fact they they could often make new friends
locally.

So why do I want to give my personal details to Delphi when we already
have this newsgroup? I'm sure if and when live chat is needed, we'll
organise an IRC channel somewhere.

You don't have to give any personal details you can chat as a guest. I find
it convenient to pay local phone rates to chat to distant friends and
relatives. Personally, I find these forums more convenient than IRC and if
you have no need of live chat just ignore the post.
