Maidstone's MRSA / Insurance Scandal / Proceeds of Crime Act 2002
Lindridge v General Healthcare & Peck (Court of Appeal)
I have no wish to compete with Maidstone Police in criminal work, but
wish to assist them wherever possible with specialist knowledge I have
gained as to what is behind medical and other crimes and how to prevent
future scandals. The safety of the community is the function of both
Maidstone Police and the Patient Support Trust.
Am I correct in my belief that we are all now aware that we have been
duped by a group of Upper Class Public School types with no respect for
patients/law & order?
I would like to suggest that Maidstone CID, the Kent Police Force
Solicitor, the Kent Force Safety Adviser and myself, work together on my
case for the Court of Appeal? CZ/8533/01 and SI/CZ/119/03
investigations contain work already done on this case.
I attach a copy of a letter from the Asset Recovery Agency. Kent's
Upper Classes have demonstrated in Lindridge v General Healthcare & Peck
that they control the Kent Legal System and that they can determine/
influence any verdict in any Hearing/ Court in Kent and that they have
some influence in the Royal Courts of Justice, but not enough to secure
every outcome that they want from any court proceedings.
I attach a letter to the BMI Somerfield Hospital's solicitors ie General
Healthcare in response to their Restraining Order, with penal notice of
29.11.2004 (this is one of 4 events coinciding with faxing court papers
to the Court of Appeal and my ex-husband's solicitors on 26.11.2004).
This Hospital Group went to a lower court to try and restrain the Court
of Appeal, myself, the Asset Recovery Agency et al from seizing the BMI
Somerfield Hospital under the 2002 Proceeds of Crime Act.
I showed PS Carron on 26.11.2004, a copy of my life-long court
protection order of 5.8.80 with penal notice (attached); the Court of
Appeal have confirmed that it is still valid. A restraining order from
a lower court (Folkestone Magistrates) cannot restrain the Court of
Appeal from enforcing my life-long court protection order, with penal
notice against my Upper Class ex-husband, or from giving me a lawful
divorce and my first ancillary relief hearing in our divorce, or from
giving me compensation for criminal injuries sustained at the hands of
my ex-husband - injuries that were intended to interfere with a lawful
divorce. A restraining order cannot prevent my ex-husband's assets from
being seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
My ex-husband had not complied with the order of DJ Armstrong on
8.4.2003 when he swore his Affidavit re: his Statement of Assets on
9.5.2003; DJ Armstrong had ordered him to complete this Affidavit by
12.5.2003 for an ancillary relief hearing on 17.7.2003. On 9.5.2003,
the Maidstone County Court served court papers on my ex-husband re: a
Hearing on 29.5.2003 for my application to enforce my court protection
order. His response was to send Christopher Benson to my home and to
conspire to pervert the course of justice in 3 scheduled Court
Hearings:-

At the time I had applied for my court protection order ie on 30.7.80, I
applied for a Judicial Separation and ancillary relief, but after we had
appeared in court on 5.8.80
I was too frightened to face him in court again. A BMI Trauma Expert who
has known me since first treating me for Peck trauma/crime in 1982,
advised me in March 2001, that the previously buried Peck 'crime
trauma' had re-surfaced because I had never faced Peck in Court as he
answered serious charges. On 17.10.2001, I started on the road to a
final healing of my criminal injuries by a Maidstone County Court
application; but the first time that I could look at him in court and
see him answer serious charges, was at my trial when he was in the
Witness Box on 27.5.2004.
I have now followed the medical advice that I was given to be healed
from my criminal injuries, but have had to endure 25 days unlawful
imprisonment at the request of my ex-husband and accept a 'fake'
criminal record to be healed.
In 1980, Peck swore revenge for the court protection order and eviction;
the Kent Legal System has supplied him with the opportunity for revenge
and we narrowly escaped eviction from our home on 2.12.2004, via the
combined efforts of the BMI Somerfield Hospital and Nigel Peck on
27.5.2004. I have asked the Court of Appeal to deal with this domestic
violence. Am I Kent's worst case of domestic violence?
In Lindridge v General Healthcare Group & Peck; Kent's Upper Classes
have publicly demonstrated that they can do what they want to who they
want, at the taxpayer's expense - which is at their disposal to protect
their assets. Why should the Kent taxpayer pick up the bill for the US
Venture Capitalists who own the BMI Somerfield Hospital and who have so
little respect for our NHS/ patients?
Nigel Peck and I were married on 15.7.78. The Court Order of 5.8.80
specified eviction on 12.9.80, but this came earlier ie on 4.9.80
because of criminal offences committed by my husband and Anna Preece. I
attach a Witness Statement from Jean Hooper, a nursing sister. Did my
trial at the Folkestone Magistrates Court come about to protect assets
from being seized under the 2002 Proceeds of Crime Act?
My trial was in Contempt of my life-long court protection order. In
order to thwart my Compensation for Criminal Injuries that was
proceeding through the High Court, my husband asked Christopher Benson
on 9.5.2003 to seize the High Court files.
Under the terms of the 1969 Divorce Reform Act, there was a need for 3
years marriage, 2 years separation (3 + 2 = 5 years) + an ancillary
relief hearing before decree absolute. We married on 15.7.78; we were
separated by Maidstone Police on the morning of 4.9.80 and decree
absolute came just 17 months later ie February 82.
We had been separated less than 2 years when Nigel Peck married Anna
Preece on 14.7.82. Although I applied for ancillary relief on 30.7.80,
my solicitor told me to
borrow money from the Alliance & Leicester to give to my husband so that
he could buy 52 Tydeman Road, Bearsted. Christopher Benson took from my
home on 11.5.2003 a copy of the marriage certificate of 14.7.82 showing
addresses of Nigel Peck and Anna Preece. On 8.7.87 Anna Preece bought
Cara Cottage on Bearsted Green and still owns it; their marriage
certificate shows that the name on Anna's birth certificate is not
'Anna' but Ann ie Ann Jennifer Preece. Land Registry Records and the
Electoral Roll have registrations in the wrong name ie Anna Preece when
it should be Ann Preece (please see the marriage certificate - DC
Benson). There appears to be something wrong with the Equifax Credit
History for Cara Cottage? In March 2003 I asked the Maidstone Court
Manager to send Maidstone Police a copy of the Peck-Preece Divorce file
for their investigation SI/CZ/119/2003. An Unofficial police visit to
my home took place on 3.4.2003 at 5pm, terrifying my daughter.
The Court of Appeal is dealing with my application to be lawfully
divorced, with all that goes with it ie an ancillary relief hearing. My
husband left me with long-lasting injuries resulting from crimes which
carry a maximum of 14 years in prison.
It is not normal for police to intervene in ancillary relief matters,
criminal injury compensation claims and in the enforcement of court
protection orders.
Doctors are not being deterred from committing criminal acts by high
profile scandals eg Dr Shipman. There needs to be a stronger deterrent
to prevent criminal negligence and NHS Fraud eg doctors being charged
with criminal offences and being put on trial. There would only have to
be one case, it would be enough to terrify all other doctors into
changing their ways for the benefit of patient safety and the NHS.
The motives for criminal negligence/ corner cutting are greatest in the
private sector; there is a national mechanism in place to bury and cover
up the actions of rogue doctors. The National Press/TV are geared up
for this case and have got filmed interviews (ITV Meridian June 2000 and
December 2002) and BBC Radio Kent (June 2000) that can be used in Court
as evidence of criminal acts. ITV Meridian told me that they want to
bring cameras to cover this Case in the Court of Appeal.
What happened to me in the BMI Somerfield Hospital is something akin to
a John Cleese farce. 58 months down the line I still have not had an
invoice; how much can I expect to invoiced for criminal injuries? How
much can I expect to pay for PTSD?
I have, however, suffered the full range of abuse tools available to
doctors.
My case shows the scale of criminality in Medicine and just how sick and
warped the minds of some of Maidstone's doctors are. My 58 month
investigation into medical accidents throughout the UK, shows that
Maidstone's problems are typical of what is going on in medicine. The
NHS and Patients need a means of differentiating between those doctors
who can be trusted with patient safety and NHS resources, and those that
can't. The Project that Dr Geoff Roberts (www.geoffroberts.com) put
together in 2000 can do just that ie restore the public's confidence in
doctors. Both BUPA and the BMA rejected our project in June 2000
stating that patients should trust their doctors with patient safety.
Maidstone's doctors and Hospitals have proven, via my case, that they
need to be assessed/ accredited to restore the public's confidence.
My case shows that once a doctor engages in criminal acts (in 1982),
he/she will commit other criminal acts (in 2000). One crime leads to
more crimes and more people committing crimes. Doctors view themselves
as being above the law. They work in conjunction with other doctors,
solicitors, judges and financial advisers and have a freemason network
to call on to commit crimes for them/ cover their backs.
Police have a low level of expertise in medical crime and need
specialist support if they are going to be able to take criminal
negligence through to a prosecution. We, at the Patient Support Trust,
would like to be able to offer that expertise to Maidstone/ Kent Police
as we are independent of the pressures on the medical fraternity to
cover up for a colleague. I had to go as far a field as Warrington and
Switzerland before I could find a doctor to help me protect patients in
Maidstone/ Kent.
My research shows that committing criminal acts is a vehicle for some
doctors to climb the career ladder to wealth opportunities. We need to
take crime out of medicine and put Trust and Respect back into medicine
for the sake of all patients. There needs to be changes in selection
and recruitment; doctors need to be licensed and appraised; patients
need to know more about the background to the doctor treating them eg
about any complaints, legal actions, experience, competence etc.
As doctors have demonstrated with MRSA that they cannot be trusted with
Microbiological Test results, there needs to be an Independent Testing
centre.
My case will identify the problems in medicine, it will show how
scandals build up over many years, how to prevent scandals and will be a
vehicle to put into motion changes to improve patient safety and to
reduce NHS Fraud. My case will provide answers/ healing for thousands
upon thousands of medical accident victims who are still searching for
answers/healing, including the Shipman victims' relatives.
Medicine (and the law) has attracted those who want to be multi-
millionaires and they do not care what they have to do to achieve their
ambitions. My case can be used as a vehicle to motivate doctors into
changing their attitude to patient safety /the NHS.
Maidstone's doctors have learned nothing from corner-cutting, criminally
negligent contracts in Private Medicine or from the Shipman Inquiry.
Freemason gynaecologist, Dr Rodney Ledward ran amok from 1980-1996. At
the BUPA Hospital in Hythe, Ledward had the title of 'the fastest
gynaecologist in the west'. BBC Corruption Journalist, Rafael Rowe
(0773 6480 463) alleges that Ledward is still alive/overseas.
The Medical /Legal /Insurance Sector combined to thwart claims from
Ledward victims/ protect assets. 4 years after Ledward was stopped,
more problems surfaced via criminally negligent gynaecological and
anaesthetic working practices at the BMI Somerfield Hospital in
Maidstone. This time our doctors have really surpassed themselves in
criminality. How could they use MRSA and the media to sell more private
medical insurance? How could they let me spread MRSA from the BMI
Somerfield Hospital into their own NHS Hospital? Which sick and warped
mind thought up the idea of selling more medical insurance via letting
MRSA spread in the NHS? How many patients did I injure with the MRSA I
was carrying for 9 months?
I asked for my medical records within days of my operation going wrong;
when the law states Access to Medical Records within 40 days, it should
be 40 days and not 55 months. If my doctors had obeyed the law, I would
been able to act to protect patients and in so doing would have
prevented MRSA from taking off in this area. It shouldn't take 18
months of detective work before learning that I had a needle stick
injury and then learn 37 months later that this 'open' and 'festering'
wound meant that I had MRSA for 9 months (February - November 2000).
Criminal acts with medical records should be severely punished.
Patients should get copies of their medical records as they go along.
What is the point of the Shipman Inquiry if Maidstone's doctors do not
learn anything by surfacing Medical Scandals
Whitehead Monckton & Co (solicitors) are a central feature in duping me
at the time of my divorce in 1980/2 and with respect to the BMI
Somerfield Hospital in 2002.
This country has a huge problem with the public's inability to trust
either doctors or medical solicitors. Complaining to the GMC or the Law
Society and the GMC is just a waste of time. The culture of burying
medical problems has to be changed.
There is a medical accident in every family, the cost of medical
accidents is phenomenal. Together, via this Court Case, we can change
things positively.
Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust instructed the NHS Litigation
Authority to act on behalf of both the BMI Somerfield Hospital and
themselves on 27.5.2004, via Bevan Ashford; is this a lawful use of
public monies?
Whitehead Monckton & Co has been reported to both NCIS and the Law
Society in connection with money laundering. I have supplied financial
information from Yvette Harvey about her husband, Christopher Nigel
Harvey to Maidstone Police.
John Monckton, 49, was murdered on 29.11.2004 at his London home. It
may be helpful to go back to the early 1980's and see what was going on
in Maidstone?
If I had followed the advice of Whitehead Monckton & Co in July 2002 re:
the BMI Somerfield Hospital/ General Healthcare Group - I would be
bankrupt now. Because I trusted Whitehead Monckton & Co to be my
divorce solicitors in 1980, I now find that I am not lawfully divorced.
Whitehead Monckton & Co are the divorce solicitors of Christopher Nigel
Harvey.
The Office of the Under Sheriff of Kent/ the Coroner ie Roger Sykes, was
at Whitehead Monckton & Co for about 150 years until 2002. Why did that
prestigious office leave in 2002? What happened in 2002 to motivate
this decision? Roger Sykes was a neighbour of mine further up Caring
Road and living next door to the Managing Director of the Kent Messenger
Group, Roger moved home too in 2002.
Upper Class medical-legal lodges feature in medical scandals ie the
Bristol Baby Scandal and the Shipman Scandal. The unifying link for
these Public School boys in my MRSA & Anaesthesia Medical Scandal
appears to be Douglas Lodge in Maidstone? This Lodge contains at least
one of Maidstone's 2 male Gynaecologists.
In the aftermath of my Gynaecological Medical Accident, I was given poor
medical advice by a BMI Somerfield Hospital Trauma Consultant and
directed to Bermuda for health reasons. Maidstone's KM has demonstrated
publicly via myself, its close links with Bermuda. Police and Security
Experts suggested to me in 2001/2 that the criminal incident involving
me in Bermuda was planned from Kent by whoever was targeting me in Kent.
The BMI Trauma Consultant developed links with the owner of the Malvern
Grange Children's Homes (as did Ian Andrew of Michael James Insurance &
Property Services). The owner, Sue Kemp, was interested in accessing
Trust Funds via Winch & Winch in Medway, and searched my offices whilst
I was in Bermuda finding details of the Sir James Roll Trust at Winch &
Winch. My last contact with Sue Kemp and her associate, Steve Asling
(Computer Consultant), was in April 2001 when they were planning to set
up a Children's Business in Bermuda.
Michael James Insurance Brokers have refused to progress 4 insurance
claims going back to January 2002. All 4 claims involve crime. I have
tried taking Michael James to the Maidstone County Court and reporting
them to Kent Trading Standards, but it appears that if an insurance
company does not want to pay up, we must accept it?
I am aware that some of those involved in investigating CZ/8533/01 had
connections to Bermuda. On 10.6.2001, I reported concerns about the
Malvern Grange Children's Homes to both Maidstone Police and the News of
the World (who had previously been involved in staking out Malvern
Grange - according to the owner, Sue Kemp).
There is an overt paedophile tourist trade in Bermuda; I am aware from
my own personal experience that a known rapist (Vernon Harrison) is
permitted by Bermuda Police to drive taxis. A Maidstone Businessman
/former detective ie Phillip Swift has a Bermuda web-site
www.bermudapolice.com. On 6.4.2001, the Daily Mail (now part owner of
the Kent Messenger Group) created sub judice in a letter they published
re: my crime in Bermuda ie they inserted the expression 'known sex
offender' into my published letter. The PCC do not seem to mind what
the Daily Mail/Kent Messenger does, both Yvette Harvey and myself have
found our complaints fall on stony ground. My experiences with the KM,
the Daily Mail and the News of the World over 4 years should concern
those who believe in the freedom of the Press.
My Bearsted Medical Practice GP, the BMI Somerfield Hospital Trauma
Expert and the KM Business Editor were prepared to travel with me to
Bermuda for the trial of the Bermudan Taxi Driver on 4.10.2001, but
would not travel with me to the Maidstone County Court to give Witness
Evidence /cover the BMI Somerfield Hospital Court case. The trial was
postponed due to 'September 11' and was rescheduled for 1 & 2 July 2002,
but by that time no one wanted to go to either Bermuda or to the RCJ to
give Witness Evidence via video link near Court 37.
Instead, just 4 days after the scheduled trial in Bermuda ie on
8.10.2001, the Bearsted Medical Practice struck off my children and I.
I still have no GP. My son and I have permanent disabilities due to the
lack of medical treatment available to us. Bermuda has 58,000 people,
2,000 of those are masons with links to Maidstone /worldwide. For fuller
details on Bermuda, please see the computers that DC Benson retains.
The sexual incident in Bermuda triggered buried sexual violence trauma,
which came to the surface for healing. The BMI Trauma Consultant has
known me since 1982, he told me that I was still suffering because I had
not been to Court. The first time I was able to do this in 24 years was
at my trial when he was on the Witness Stand and answered questions
about domestic violence; my barrister told me that I had a moral victory
as the court accepted that a sexually violent incident had taken place
on 2.5.1980 (SI/CZ/119/2003). I have paid a high price to be finally
healed from the injuries I sustained 24 years ago; the injuries I
sustained would not have been so severe if I had not been a recovering
rape victim at the time of our marriage.
The Maidstone Police book on Domestic Violence accurately describes me;
from 1988 onwards I was earning £1,000 per working day via my own
business. I became Kent Businesswoman of the Year for 1996; Jay
Choudhry was the 1996 Businessman of the Year. I ran the most
successful self-employment programme in the UK between 1987-1993; being
a 'mother hen' and giving confidence to 2,000 business start-ups during
the 1st year of trading. If DC Benson would give me my tools of trade
back I could start running my own business from scratch again, instead
of living at poverty levels. Jay Choudry has recently set-up what we
jointly set out to do in 1999 ie set up a 'one-stop' shop for
entrepreneurs via the Kent Business Network; but 'organised crime' in
the aftermath of what happened at the BMI Somerfield Hospital destroyed
my plans. Business associates backed off as organised crime accelerated
in 2002. Please may I have my tools of trade back so that I can
approach Jay Choudhry to help give confidence and skills to Kent's small
business start-ups?
My children and I would like our family, friends and business associates
to know that it is safe to come back into our lives and that 'trouble'
no longer follows me around as it has been doing for many years.
We have all been duped by a group of money-grabbing doctors with warped
minds in Maidstone and a US Venture Capitalist whom we trusted with our
patients (BMI).
MRSA costs the NHS billions and the local NHS has been paying BMI to
take its MRSA patients from them! Perhaps the BMI Somerfield Hospital
could become a MRSA isolation hospital with assistance via the 2002
Proceeds of Crime Act? Perhaps an Independent Microbiological
Laboratory and a Medication Testing facility could be set up there too?
Maidstone's money grabbing GPs have little respect for the impact of
adverse side effects of hayfever medication, epilepsy medication and the
Microgynon 30 contraceptive pill etc on their patients - many of whom
are teenagers.
Perhaps confiscating just one private hospital will have a powerful
motivational impact on all the rest?
Please can Maidstone Police help me to get our web-site back ie
www.medical-accident.co.uk from those who stole our investment of
£50,000 in it? Nominet UK and Verio UK refuse to return either the
domain name or the web-site. I have made an application to the Court of
Appeal in relation to this web-site. It was a patient-led web-site and
was No 1 of its kind in the World; in its 4 year life it helped protect
thousands upon thousands of patients on a world-wide basis by sharing
information.
I set up and ran the most successful independent patient safety agency
in the UK, perhaps my knowledge can be used to protect patients and save
the NHS billions?
Please can DC Christopher Benson of Ashford CID either return or copy
our web-site contents from our computers so that we can start to help
patients on a world-wide basis again? I have told Nominet UK and Verio
UK that I want them to restore our website to the No 1 position that it
held for 4 years (2000 - 2004).
Maidstone's medical-legal lodge have used their influence in our Kent
Courts and at the Royal Courts of Justice to ensure that the BMI/ US
Venture Capitalist's assets are protected and public sector costs
continue to mount up to protect them/profits. We need medical expert
judges who use the knowledge gained via litigation to protect patients
rather than the current practice ie to protect rogue doctors/ medical
practices.
Maidstone's rogue doctors, with warped minds, have cost the tax payer
millions in their pursuit of a multi-millionaire lifestyle. The US
Venture Capitalists who own the BMI Hospital Group must be delighted
with the NHS and Legal Sector Fraud in Maidstone and London to boost
/protect their profits at the expense of patient safety.
I now understand that Douglas Lodge with its Bermuda /gynaecologist /
Upper Class/ Media/ Big Business connections may also have had a role in
organising and planning crimes? I understand that I have the support and
respect of non-Upper Class masons in Kent who are fundamentally decent
people and share the same concerns as I do.
Numerous Kent businesses were recruited to attack / undermine my
businesses and charities - it was inevitable that my health would
eventually give way (25.12.2002).
I cannot get over the car crash injuries that I have sustained in
Maidstone since 1993, but I can be is a living example of freemason
corruption, domestic violence and organised crime in Maidstone. We
could work together via the Domestic Violence, Crime & Victims Act 2004
to help others?
CZ/8533/01 has details of interference with our mail at our Lordswood
business premises by persons with keys; the Lordswood Burglaries (with
keys) in 2002 were primarily to steal court files of on-going court
cases eg with Giles Smith of Sandling who sabotaged our web-site. There
are about 15 cases in the Kent County Courts (2000-4) that provide
evidence of 'organised commercial crime' in Kent. DJ Millward is aware
of the burglaries involving court files (15.8.02 BMI Somerfield).
I have told those responsible for abusing the key situation at
Lordswood/ damaging my business /interfering with mail/ court
proceedings that I am not interested in damaging their business, but in
settling our differences positively. I am sure that they will think
twice before risking their business again under the Proceeds of Crime
Act. I want the Defendants in HQ020X02379 in the RCJ to put right what
they did wrong ie to make amends. They have destroyed my businesses and
my charities, damaged my reputation and inflicted injuries on myself and
my children. Please can you help?
I wish to report that Christopher Benson attended my home on 9.5.2003,
10.5.2003 and on 11.5.2003. I wish to report that Christopher Benson
gained access to our home on 11.5.2003, via intimidating a minor who was
in our home alone ie my son, Tom Lindridge. I wish to report that
Christopher Benson unlawfully removed court files from my home on
11.5.2003 and has not returned any of them; these are legally
privileged material and are required in my case in the Court of Appeal.
Christopher Benson did not have the authority of a Kent Police Inspector
or a Magistrates Warrant on 9.5.2003, 10.5.2003 and on 11.5.2003. Was
he acting as a private individual?
Christopher Benson removed my business, charity and personal computers
on 11.5.2003 when he could simply have taken a CD copy of what was on
the computers.
These computers have never been seen since and a computer expert was
refused access to examine them at my trial in May 2004; my case was
based on one computer only - the rest should have been returned. Please
can these computers now be made available for examination by a computer
expert (as first requested in June 2003) and be made available for the
Criminal Case Review Commission?
I wish to report that Christopher Benson was passed a copy of my life-
long court protection order before he gained entry to my home.
Christopher Benson told me that he had come to my home to find evidence
to send me to prison for 5 years (under the section of the Harassment
Act relating to court proceedings). Christopher Benson used this
section of the Harassment Act to justify seizing legally privileged
files, but I have never been questioned in relation to this section of
the Harassment Act. Doesn't Kent Police need evidence of a crime having
taken place before acting? Is it normal Kent Police practice to seize
property in order to try and find a crime? What has happened to me has
worried Kent's small business community who are the backbone of the Kent
Economy? How many small businesses have Kent Police destroyed?
I am not aware that the Harassment Act can be used to interfere with
ancillary relief hearings in a divorce, the enforcement of a court
protection order and compensation for criminal injuries?
On 9.5.2003, my ex-husband complied with an Order of 8.4.2003 of the
Maidstone County Court (DJ Armstrong) to swear an Affidavit re: our
ancillary relief hearing scheduled for 17.7.2003. On 9.5.2003, the
Maidstone County Court bailiff served court papers on my ex-husband re:
enforcement of my court protection order. My ex-husband then sent
Christopher Benson to my home that Friday evening (9.5.2003).
Christopher Benson came back during the afternoon of Saturday 10.5.2003
and then again on Sunday morning 11.5.2003 with a woman. On all 3
occasions that Benson visited my home, he was in plain clothes and in a
non-police vehicle. When I would not let Christopher Benson into my
home without a warrant on 11.5.2003, he phoned Maidstone Police to
attend with a riot van. When the riot van turned up, I went into the
garden without a house key and Maidstone Police restrained me whilst
Christopher Benson intimidated my son, a minor, into letting him into
our home - he refused to let me stay with my son or wait until his
sister arrived. I was taken away.
Whilst at Ashford Police Station during the morning of 27.6.2003, I
reported to Sgt Wells that someone had unlawfully removed a Grouts
Security key from our home and had attempted to gain access the night
before - as witnessed by former DS Kevin Fletcher. That afternoon,
whilst I was in the custody of Ashford Police my son told me of a
disturbance at our home. Maidstone Police were called by Ashford
Police.
I was hospitalised and my son targeted by car crime. Maidstone Police
are aware that this key has been used to attempt to gain access to our
home in December 2003.
I am aware that due to the burglaries /thefts at my Lordswood Offices
that burglaries by persons with our security keys are not regarded as
crimes and that these losses are not covered by insurance. I would like
to report that items that have been removed from my home since last year
include my passport, my driving licence, my birth certificate, my
children's birth certificates and Court Files in relation to my Appeal
that has progressed to the Court of Appeal. On 14.11.2003, the High
Court returned my court files to me - why has someone taken yet more
court files from my home?
Please can you ask Christopher Benson to return my property to me? He
has never supplied a list of what was taken, I have lodged a list as at
June 2003 in the Court of Appeal, but this needs updating due to losses
found since then. Since 2003 I have been borrowing my daughter's
computer, she needs it back for her University studies.
Christopher Benson destroyed my pension by his actions; I had been
working since 1988 to build up this £164,000 pension. I am 52 and have
no hope of recovering this amount with my criminal injuries.
Christopher Benson removed business files, databases and tools of trade
on 11.5.03; until he returns them I cannot start up a new business
again. Please can you ask Christopher Benson to return my tools of
trade?
Christopher Benson committed perjury in a Witness Statement on 3.7.2003
to have me charged with Counterfeiting & Forging a Maidstone County
Court Sealed Witness Summons served on himself. The Court of Appeal
have the Maidstone County Court transcripts that state that the Witness
Summons served on Christopher Benson and Maidstone CID to attend the
Maidstone County Court on 6.6.2003, are genuine.
A woman told me on 29.12.2003 that she lives near Christopher Benson and
that he came into money last summer, she specifically mentioned a car
and a sum of about £20,000? Is this true/ significant? The Court of
Appeal is aware of another man coming into £20,000 in 2001; this man is
the next-door neighbour of those who tried to set me up on 'fake'
harassment charges in July 2001, via Canterbury Police. At that time,
my solicitors, Berry & Berry, wrote to Maidstone Police explaining the
situation. Those involved in the 2001 'fake' harassment/ £20,000
increase in assets were named in 2002 as Defendants in the High Court
action HQ020X02379.
The only income that Christopher Benson left me with was as a Landlord;
on insurance proposal forms Landlords have to declare all criminal
charges. What will insurance companies make of counterfeiting and
forgery and harassment charges?
The DVLA wrote to me last year asking for my Driving Licence, due to
what happened in my absence at the Maidstone Magistrates Court on
19.9.2003 - I had to write and tell them that I do not have my driving
licence and that is why my driving licence will be revoked next month.
If I forget about the crippling injuries that I sustained at the hands
of Gary Spraggan on 20.2.2002 and the death threats etc issued by Simon
Rossi, please can you help me keep my driving licence next month?
I can no longer walk far enough to be able to manage without a car.
Spraggan & Rossi are Defendants in HQ020X02379, along with the BMI
Somerfield Hospital, the Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and the
Bearsted Medical Practice.
The BMI Somerfield Hospital, the Bearsted Medical Practice and the
Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust - all knew in February 2000 that
they had a MRSA problem at the BMI Somerfield Hospital and that there
were criminally dangerous working practices there (Kent Registration
Report May 1999). The NHS Microbiological Laboratories at Preston Hall
did the testing for both the private hospital and the NHS; the same
doctors worked at both the private hospital and the NHS. When I
contracted MRSA and a needle-stick injury in February 2000, MRSA had not
started to take off until 14 months later. The Medical Director, Senior
Gynaecologists and Senior Anaesthetists at Maidstone NHS Hospital should
have acted to contain the spread of MRSA/ change criminally dangerous
working practices at the BMI Somerfield Hospital. I had an undressed
/'open' wound for 9 months.
A photograph of the wound was posted on our web-site with the question,
"what is it"? as my doctors would not tell me. The Bearsted Medical
Practice wrote and told me on 8.10.2001 that they did not approve of my
web-site www.medical-accident.co.uk as they struck off my children and
myself. I still have no GP; my son and I have permanent injuries
because we have been denied medical treatment.
With my high profile business reputation via Laurom Health & Safety Ltd
and via my charity, the Kent Business Network - we were a threat to the
secret that these doctors wanted to keep. The Business Development
Manager of the BMI Somerfield Hospital disappeared from our Steering
Committee. Private Medical Insurance is a 4.1 billion pound industry, I
can now understand the interference in my mail, my phone calls, my
faxes, death threats from Norwich Union salesmen and a private
detective. These doctors have very warped minds to permit me to
contaminate other hospitals /the community with MRSA for 9 months
(February to November 2000), including their own NHS Hospital. Profit
at any price knows no boundary in medicine in Maidstone. The Bearsted
Medical Practice is still prescribing Microgynon 30, despite the risks
we published on our web-site (posted by users, mainly young girls). The
advice I gave these girls was to speak to their mothers.
I have the records of patients on the computers that Christopher Benson
has; my patients are not happy with that situation. DI Smith is aware
that third parties were committing offences under the Children's Act on
www.medical-accident.co.uk ie by advertising Operation Ore Child Incest
& Porn Videos on it. Please can Maidstone Police examine the computers
and arrest whoever committed these offences; I feel certain that the
culprit is running a paedophile ring and is on the Kent Operation Ore
list and has yet to be prosecuted? I know of one other suspected
paedophile (with 2 surnames) named as a Defendant in HQ020X02379.
Perhaps either Giles Smith (of G-Forces Web-Management or Simon Rossi,
Private Detective) can help with this matter as both were caught
sabotaging www.medical-accident.co.uk)?
Maidstone Police barred me from reporting crimes when I started court
proceedings in December 2002 for Court Approved Accurate Police and
Medical Records under the Data Protection Act; this Application is now
in the Court of Appeal as the Maidstone County Court application did not
receive a Hearing. Am I now permitted to report crimes that happened
since 2002? For example, a missile fired at my car on 20.12.2002 -
hitting the roof; perjury, conspiracy to pervert etc. If I do report
crimes, will they get investigated - or will either my son or I continue
to get prosecuted?
The identity of some of the Upper Classes on Kent's Operation Ore list
is commonly suspected throughout Kent Business Circles due to high
profile resignations /pension protecting actions in July 2002 when the
Operation Ore list came into the UK via Interpol in Lyon. The Kent
Messenger is rumoured to have had a staff retention problem because of
Operation Ore. Doctors on the Operation Ore list who have been
convicted merely change their name by Deed Poll, with the permission of
the GMC to carry as normal. Is it lawful to pass a Criminal Records
Check in this manner?

I was doing 52mph on a motorway and am losing my licence next month
despite having a clean licence for 36 years, and not even a parking

Please can Maidstone Police review the prosecution of my child for the
attempt on his life on 25.7.2003, as a consequence of my own court
proceedings? His trial is due to take place on 16.12.2004. I can
supply the evidence to show what happened to my son; my bank manager and
other business people are shocked at my son's prosecution
Maidstone Police are aware of the assault on my son/ the threat to kill
my son on his way home from school on 1.12.98; they are aware of who
was behind it. Maidstone Police had a copy of the CCTV of the incident
- but would not let us see it or accompany a policeman around the town
centre to identify the paedophile. We had our first contact with Victim
Support Maidstone at that time. The assault on my child coincided with a
photograph of me appearing in Kent Today.
There is no real help for victims of rape and domestic violence in Kent
or anywhere else, I have tried looking for the help I needed and could
not find it. Please can we work together to provide that help? I have
given my properties to the Patient Support Trust. It seems right that
our Home should be converted into a Rape & Domestic Violence Trauma
Centre and Refuge. Please can Maidstone Police work with us to achieve
this goal and let something good come out of all of this?
On 10.6.2001, I told PS Tony Wallis that he would one day have to
apologise to my son and I for terrifying us because I was trying to
protect myself, my children and other children who may have been at risk
in the Malvern Grange Children's Homes.
I now have a 'fake' criminal conviction for harassment for trying to
protect my children and other children whom the authorities (including
Rochester Police and the Maidstone County Court knew were at risk).
Child protection should not be a criminal offence. Concerns were
reported to me /Patient Support by those with first hand knowledge.
Maidstone Police terrified my children and I at our home in July 2001,
this was the first attempt to set me up on 'fake' harassment charges.
The second attempt via crime, succeeded. I now understand that
Maidstone Police were acting to protect Upper Class Maidstone doctors
from Crown Court charges of Harassment etc. I was only trying to
protect patients in Maidstone from injuries.
Please can Maidstone Police explain why an Upper Class Doctor should be
protected from genuine criminal charges, whilst a Middle Class Kent
Businesswoman of the Year / Patient and Child Rights Campaigner should
be fitted up on 'fake' charges by Kent Police? The Middle Classes in
Maidstone have found what happened to me to be really scary and
outrageous; they are worried that what happened to me, could happen to
anyone to protect someone who is an Upper Class Criminal or is
Criminally Rich. Maidstone Police and I need to settle our differences
and work together to solve crimes under the 2002 Proceeds of Crime Act
to restore public confidence?
As a victim of crime, I understand that my views should be taken into
consideration?.
I do not want all the assets of the General Healthcare Group seized
under the 2002 Proceeds of Crime Act, just the BMI Somerfield Hospital.
Shutting this Hospital would drive Maidstone's worst money grabbing /
'profit at any price' doctors out of the area and act as a warning to
all British profit at any price doctors.
The Bearsted Medical Practice is the main referring GP Surgery to the
BMI Somerfield Hospital; its GPs each earn about £20,000 pa extra from
private and drug referrals, when things go wrong, the NHS picks up the
bill. Private Medical Insurance customers are often small business
proprietors like myself who are the backbone of the Kent Economy;
cutting corners for profit has put us out of action for months and puts
the future of our businesses and the jobs of our employees at risk
I took a copy of the 1999 Kent Registration Report to the Bearsted
Medical Practice shortly after my operation at the BMI Somerfield
Hospital; they should have acted for the protection of all patients.
They committed criminal acts with my pre-1991 medical records to protect
?another Bearsted resident (Anna Preece)? The Bearsted Medical Practice
is benefiting from the Proceeds of Crime via a huge investment by the
General Practice Investment Corporation Ltd, 32 Grosvenor Gardens,

The Bearsted Medical Practice GPs cannot be trusted with NHS Funding/the
safety of patients.
I understand that with a new Primary Care Centre, operations will be
performed on site and so increase the private earnings of these GPs and
other Maidstone doctors?
I have been told that the Bearsted Medical Practice still has my medical
records, both 'hard' and computer copies. They refuse to give me the BMI
