AFAICMO being in possession of sufficient quantity that it is beyond that
required for personal use. The possession of weighing scales and other
equipment or materials used in splitting and distributing a large quantity
would help it would seem. Add to that a lifestyle in excess of that which
can be paid for out of accountable income and large wads of cash that cannot
be legitimately accounted for.
