Denise Van Outen groomed by Gary Glitter when she was 16

Denise, circled, with Gary Glitter

Star-struck ... Denise, circled, with Gary Glitter in 1991

By MATT WILKINSON and JAMES MILLS

Published: 16 hrs ago

STRICTLY Come Dancing star Denise Van Outen was groomed by Gary Glitter
when she was just 16.

Presenter Denise faced weeks of intense interest from the star just
weeks after leaving school.

Seedy Glitter, then more than THREE TIMES her age, showered the innocent
teen with gifts including a top CD Walkman.

He took star-struck Denise to a string of restaurants and offered to buy
her driving lessons.

And even if she had agreed to allow him to do sexual things to her it
would have been perfectly legal.

If the situation was wrong, then the people who should be castigated
the most are her parents, who are the only people who had the power to
have prevented it.

Nigel you realise most people on here are far more interested in whether or not you are actually fucking kids, rather than wanking off over pictures? If you are then a visit from plod does seem quite likely............lol

I gave an example when I was 14 and was 'inappropriately' touched.
(the guy put his hand up my skirt and then tried something with a
finger.) I told my parents as soon as possible. My parents did not go
to the plod; my father dealt with it his own way. (no not violence)

Do I need 'counselling' for this? Nope my parents said, 'the guy is a
jerk; his poor step children' and her..Well, she will have to live
with it.' She lost her job.

My parents thought that was enough.

She's back making herself the centre of (inappropriate) attention again.

Still waiting to have a "flea" put in my ear.

1) THE FLEA IN YOUR EAR HAS BEEN RECORDED.

2) I recounted an 'event'; my current husband and my ex confirmed the
'event' occured; as did the children present and my parents. ..
in 1980. It was not deemed a 'police matter'.

Note PC (how apprpriate) doesn't recognise the dates and ages.

Steer: at that time, in the USA, if a mother failed to find child
care; and had used their 'sick' days' and 'holiday' then would not get
paid. My Brother and I spent many a school holiday in the back of a
car with colouring books, sandwiches and water in a car park. My
Mother worked 9 am to 2pm.

My mother tried in 1976 to get a 'child minder'; to go 'full time.'
we were each given three segments of an orange and a little bit of
water and then told 'just sit'. She told my mother 'X wets the bed- I
don't know why'.(It was the 'child minders' child) My Mother thought
it was all getting silly, and my parents decided that the $15 a month
(in 1977) was not worth it. She was horrific; turns out she was
investigated; Evelyn Ringley (irony) went to prison for child abuse.

The point being...sometimes kids tell the truth. And sometimes you
don't go on your own.

See what I said about the outcome of some jerk trying to 'finger' me
when I was 14.

Nope, it hasn't you know.

But that's because, as stated before, you are a nasty, lying twisted
individual who knows nothing about me whatsoever. You have managed to get
hold of a phone number somehow, and you keep trying to call it, but now
are getting diverted directly to your local police, as you found out this
morning at 11.02

Your current husband and Ex both knew you, as a child, in 1980 USA? If
not, they cannot provide any valid evidence or confirmation. If so, you
are (IMHO) in an abusive relationship.

TC - how pissed?

See, yet again making herself the centre of attention.

Lets see some proof for a change?
