Admin: Newsgroup downtime next week (4th-6th)

Please note, the Internet server that hosts the moderation software
for uk.legal.moderated is being upgraded next week (4th-6th July)
and so there will be at least some downtime during which new posts
will not appear on the group.
In theory no posts will be lost - any sent during the downtime will
simply be delayed.
It is unlikely the downtime will be a solid three days, it will
probably be significantly less than that, but this is a free service
so there are no guaranteed service level agreements ;-)

Things appear to be back up and running now. Note that any posts
sent during the downtime are hopefully not lost and should turn up
soon, so please don't re-post anything you've already sent unless
your post doesn't appear by Friday.
