Experienced Events Co-ordinator required for this trade association based in Clapham. The role is 2fold, dealing with event management and course and seminar organisation. Your excellent communication and organisation skills will be fully utilised ensuring that various events an d training courses/seminars go without a hitch! Some of your duties will be: to be responsible for all aspects of budgeting, planning, organising and administering an annual dinner, forums an d workshops an d various other conferences and events: maintaining a central events diary and a central list of speakers: to provide marketing materials as required and to liase with other professional bodies and organisations regarding the company’s attendance, sometimes attending yourself: liasing with trainers, hotels and management centres with reference to various courses/seminars, preparation and dispatch of course material, monitoring income and expenditure and preparing reports. You will need to have excellent time management skills and be able to work on your own initiative to deadlines. You will have a good working knowledge of MS Office and a professional manner. Other important attributes are an outgoing and lively personality, who enjoys a social environment and working as part of a close knit team.
