We are looking for a suitable candidate for Quality Consulting
Practice, known as Enterprise Quality Solutions (EQS).
About EQS:
Enterprise Quality Solutions is the process / quality consulting
practice and is part of Quality Department. It provides consulting
services to clients in the areas of Software Process Improvement and
overall IT Process Optimization, with the objective of delivering
quantifiable business benefits – in terms of Cost, Quality,
Productivity and Time to Market. It leverages internal best practices
as well as process models such as CMMI / ITIL / CoBIT, Development
Methodologies such as Agile / RUP and Improvement Methodologies such
as Six Sigma / Lean.

Lead Consultant - Process & Domain
Location

Responsibilities
Execute Process Consulting engagements for clients, with the objective
of enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of client’s IT
Organization by implementing the Agile Methodology
Lead small to medium sized engagements completely and deliver the
agreed scope of work
Create and implement process improvement roadmaps for clients
Conduct process improvement sessions and workshops for clients
Drive the team in the Realization phase to complete design and
development
Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
Provide thought leadership in Agile Methodology Implementation
Develop and Maintain Client Relationship
Participate in Sales Pursuits
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS (One or more of the below)
Should have expert level proficiency in Agile Methodology
Implementation. Experience in CMMI / Lean Six Sigma/ Application
Lifecycle Management Tools Implementation will be desirable

Education Qualification
Bachelors degree

Experience Required
A minimum 9 years of experience with listed Responsibilities and skill
sets is required for this role

Other Requirements/Comments
This position requires extensive travel within Europe
