Newsgroup uk.jobs.d removed

The newsgroup uk.jobs.d has now been removed.
The reason for the removal is:
The newsgroup appears to be little used for the intended purpose and
seems to attract off topic posts. The suggestion of the group being
removed was raised early in May and useful discussion followed. It
was hoped by people that had followed the ng that useful discussion
may have started in the group as a result of initiating the
discussion and following postings but this doesn't appear to have
happened.
The proposal to remove the group was put to a Fast Track and no
objections were received.
