In this four minutes video we hear a close friend of John McCain, the
republican nominee, for the USA presidency, claim that Gays by their
sinful behavior cause natural devastation. If McCain becomes
president of the United States, expect more people like Mr. Hagee
advising the president and spreading their hate.

I do know a few gays who do cause storms.

The ironic part of such claims is that an inordinate percentage of the
disastrous storms in the U.S. strike the Bible Belt. Draw whatever
conclusions you like.

Well, I guess that having brought the storms into being, then the gays
direct them towards the Bible belt?

So, it's an attack!

I think they explain this by saying that God is punishing his faithful
for not doing enough to stop the gays and abortionists.

Yes, coming as I do from Northern Ireland I have experience of these
very extreme evangelical types.

I remember when AIDS first became a significant issue in Northern
Ireland and some of the very religious types were saying that AIDS was
God's punishment. It was put to them that as AIDS was also affecting
other social groups such as haemophiliacs, then was God punishing them?

The response to this was that God punishes those that are not guilty
for not doing anything about the guilty.

On that historic tale from the eighties I will add that as lesbians are
the least likely social group to contract HIV, or indeed any STD it
might suggest that God is a lesbian?

Good for you girl - that's one more reason down not to go out and
terrorise the local female population with promises of unexpected
delights. Charge!

Hey, can you imagine the chat-up line to heretofore straight women: 'If
you sleep with me, not only don't you get pregnant, you also don't catch
any disease!'.

And this was two weeks ago, no more was heard from Kate since...

Owain, you're closest I think, could you release the St Bernards?

Unfortunately the St Bernards were last seen trying to adopt a puppy
from the New Town Bar with the help of copious amounts of brandy.

A substitute bus service is in operation calling at all stations but
timings are subject to amendment.

It's ok, I made it out alive, thanks for the concern :) The date went well
enough but she reminds me of my ex so I ran away bravely :)
