Replace MONKEY with tbb__ (that's two underscores)
Hmm, adding a handful of extra characters wouldn't exactly be groundbreaking

Mine too! Can't wait for my next Zleda fix :o) I don't care what it looks
like, I know people have been moaning about the cel-shading but I know the
gameplay will remain the same - and thats a good thing :o)
Mario Kart is another though, its always a good multiplayer game :o)

I think Nintendo should get some ideas off HAL, the developers of SSB:M, and
have shedloads of options, power ups and most importantly loads of
unlockable characters and tracks. The N64 version was great but mainly for
the multiplayer, if you had an incentive to play through a revamped Mario
grand prix with every one of a huge roster of characters it would be much
more fun. Also if there were more characters, more than 8, it would mean
that there would be different people on each grand prix making it more
diverse and exciting. I don't think the actual game play needs to be messed
around with but different items and characters from non Mario games would be
great. I would like to see Sonic (on foot, not in a kart), some SSB:M
characters like Link and Captain falcon and maybe even some pro skaters from
THPS on skate boards with a range of tricks to perform over ramps! I know it
will never happen but it would be nice. Also the option the use computer
characters in battle mode so you can play 4 player even if it's only you in
the house, that was sorely lacking from MK64.

It would for the Mario Kart series. Unless there's someone else tucked away
in Super Circuit, I think it's always been "8 drivers, and that's yer lot".
Besides, hasn't Sonic been rumoured to be putting in an appearance, on and
off?

i personally think, it they can get online play going with this one (and
have nintendo got a better franchise to launch their online strategy
with?), then it could make the gamecube into something big. i'd
certainly jump at the chance to play a new mario kart game online.

To email, change MONKEY for DB2k
Wasn't Sonic rumoured to be in SSB:M too? He isn't in there so I wouldn't
get your hopes up.

Mario Kart Super Circuit is better IMHO, it gets beack to what mario kart is
all about, having sharp corners constantly thrown in your face, none of that
10 mile long straight stuff you get on N64...

Super Game 56!
>> Mario Kart 64 was almost perfect, i still havent found a better
Controversial time, but I really enjoyed Crash Team Racing more than the
Mario Kart series.
The courses were bold, with random things thrown in everywhere, from
shortcuts that had to be opened by a weapon equivalent to the green shell,
to 90 degree turns, to having to drive on a certain side of a cylindrical
course to avoid a giant barrel (that moved from side to side) from running
you over.
The characters were diverse and although some didn't feel like they handled
differently to others, there were more types of drivers available than on
the Mario Kart games.
There were bonuses thrown in everywhere, available when more of the diverse
one player mode was played and completed. They even gave you secret
characters if you could do incredibly well on the time trials; it's one of
the few racing games where I've played the time trial mode extensively.
The game even had a fairly good battle mode; although it could have used
more stages, the battle courses it did have, and the options available (3 on
1 fights? oh my!) really made the game excellent.
Wow, I just realised how much I loved that game.
