Sushi & Italian restaurant recommedation please?

Hi guys,

Can anyone recommend a good Sushi and a good Italian
restaurant in the south of the UK.....

Any help much appreciated.

Were my wife able to read this she would recommend Yo! Sushi in London
(Soho).

Italian - I regularly utilise the Conco D'Oro in Maidenhead - the
portions are enormous, but it usually closes for part of August as the
family return home.

Well, if you're in London, these are worth visiting (or even travelling to
London especially to visit!)
Sushi - Nobu (very expensive, but the food will blow your mind!)
Italian - Passione (new, authentic North Italian Cuisine, and poss. my fave
restaurant at the minute)
Note that Yo Sushi in central London is undergoing a refit, so only the
basement (Yo Below) is open - this is OK and has self service Kirin taps on
each table, but has a very limited menu (bento boxes). I personally perfer
Tokyo Diner in Chinatown for bento boxes.
