Slightly o/t.
One of our chickens appears to be laying eggs that have a particularly
watery white. They seem to cook ok, and tempted though I was to throw
it away when I first saw it, I don't appear to have made myself sick,
so I'm guessing they are 'ok.
But is it a sign of something being missing from the chickens' diet?
(only one seems to be doing it atm). I did notice that Nick has not
put grit in their food recently, and I've been worrying that they may
be about to go on a spate of weak-shelled eggs, but not seen any so
far.
