Hi,

I have just subscribed to this newsgroup, so I have no idea how active it
is, but I am chocolate fiend (the darker the better), and I was wondering if
anyone had managed to get hold of any Venezuelan Black chocolate?

Is it worth it? Is there usually any in the waitrose stores it is supposed
to be stocked in?

Em

I found some and it was yummy. Only made truffles so far, but I am keen to
try some savoury dishes.

Anyone got any good recipes that are not in the green and blacks recipe
book?

I definitely recommend this chocolate. Venezuelan Black is 100% Cocoa so
it's one of the finest forms of chocolate you can buy. I know you can get it
on-line at http://venezuelan-black.co.uk/. Willie Harcourt-cooze has just
released out a 72% Bar you can eat straight out the packet if you are really
into your dark chocolate!
