I just got over food poisoning. The day before this happened, I
got some lovely fu qi fei pian at a local restaurant, and I have a
lot of leftovers. I don't think it would be wise to eat it right
now, and I can't bring myself to throw it away. I had the weird
idea that I would freeze it and then throw it into some soup--and
thus really gently heat it again. What do you folks think? (That
is if there is anyone even looking in here anymore...) Maybe I
could turn it into a hot and sour soup of sorts--with black vinegar?
