Most of us are so busy leading the life we think others expect us to lead, we
fail to notice that they are more concerned with what we think of them.

of many species .

Aims
To be a localised community event in support of the purposes of Save our
World, which are to help and protect the natural environment - specifically
by means of a combination of education, celebration and spiritual
upliftment. To attract all interested social, ethnic and age groups from
the surrounding area, and draw upon the talents of and invite the
participation of local organisations and artistes.
The educational element is to consist of activities which are aimed to
increase public awareness of the state of the environment and changes
occurring to it, caring for the environment, and commitment to and support
with changing ecological attitudes, habits and lifestyles, both personally
and in the public domain.
The celebratory element is to uphold and cherish our World's beauty,
abundance, diversity and radiance through art, theatre, dance and music.
This year's Festival is to increase the content of the educational element
in relation to the musical content, by comparison with last year's one -
through greater variety and number of achieved educational projects, through
reducing the number of music stages and the sound levels , and
having no more than one stage powered by mains supply and amplification
systems all other will be powered by alternative energy sources. This is to be
considered a transitional arrangement prior to the use of renewable power
supply to all stages in future Festivals.
The spiritual element of this Festival is to be marked in this Festival by
designating a quiet Retreat Area at the highest point of Brockwell Park,
with a Tibetan-Buddhist mast flying prayer flags and a wishing tree.
