UK Religious State funded Schools

Does any one know if a refusal to attend such a school because of one's
religious beliefs is possibly contrary to the UK Human Rights Act and if so
what is the legal redress?

I don't know but I doubt it as you can choose to exclude your child from
any religous activity

I think he might be talking about the fact that "faith schools" use
the religious beliefs of children and parents as a selection
criterion.
