Some of that stuff is unknowable, some is obsolete (cars don't come
with spare wheels now) or will be obsolete quickly (3, 8) and the rest
can be learned fairly easily, mostly by doing. I never learned any of
it at school, either, but in my day we could all read and write to a
reasonable standard on leaving primary school, so we were equipped to
learn almost anything. Oh, yes, we were given a few hints on 10 and 11
in the sixth form.

We could all do arithmetic in multiple number bases within one
calculation at eleven, as well.

China is trialling a digital currency with an expiry date, so also
forget 1.

I wish some one had taught me that at school. My old car had a
compatible spare, but I sold it for scrap before I realised my new one
didn't come with one.

Had to buy a new spare wheel, bloody stupid not to have one.

They should also teach you to remove those bloody stupid anti theft
wheel bolts. Almost impossible to get them off by hand after they have
been put on tight with an impact wrench. I.e. if you try standing
on/jumping on the wrench like normal the anti-theft adapter pops out.

when is tried to change a wheel, my nut turner bent in half!

fortunately a frog who had been taught solidarity rescued me after
going off to a garrij for a real wrench
