Does anyone know of a school (boarding) that provides GCSE retakes for English and Math November?

There are GCSEs in Mathematics, but not in "Math". :-(

Except of course for Americans, wherever they happen to be living at the
time, it does not have to be the USA.

Sadly, the battle for programme and ikon was lost many years ago.

Sorry, I have just upgraded to Windows 10 on my PC and for various
reasons prefer to use that for news and e-mail and of course web
browsing. I had not noticed that with Windows 10 I was using the default
settings (that is US) for date and time. I have changed it now.

A thousand apologies.
