Hi everyone. I'm hoping someone can help me find the fridge door switch
on my Hotpoint FF 187 WP fridge freezer. I need to run the fridge fan
with the door open (it switches of when the door is opened) and I can't
find the switch anywhere.

The FF is 2 years old and is a fridge top/freezer bottom. No visible
switches anywhere.

Please help if you can!

Usually in the fridge compartment on the right and side near the door. A
little plastic thing.

If there really is no visible switch, use a compass to search around the
door for a magnet which they might be using to work a reed switch or a
hall effect sensor.

In article <kedpbo$l49$1...@dont-email.me>,
The whole door seal will be a magnet.
Try running a magnet around the doorframe instead.
