Sound a lot like Chili for folks that
can't take hot peppers. And folks
without insulin resistance issues
(potatoes and tomato sauce and paste)
as well, which would be Pre-diabetic,
Full T2, and T3 (Alzheimer's).

And it sound pretty good too!

I wonder if cauliflower would substitute
for the potatoes? And chopped tomatoes
would boil/render down nicely in place of the
tomato favored sugar sauce and the tomato
paste. (I am a T2, so I have to think
of these things.)

What made you post this to the repair group?

Maybe I missed something, but I think
you forgot the monkey meat.

:-)

After a long day of fixing up the house, what could be better than a
hot bowl of Monkey Stew? On a serious note, people who are handy tend
to possess culinary skills also

I find cooking very similar to my profession
of engineering. Your planning, bill of
materials, tooling, execution, etc..
Then you get to almost instantly enjoy the
creative process and not have to wait several
months or even years to enjoy the result.

I also love he way my precious wife's eyes
sparkle when I cook something she likes.
Pay dirt!
