Does anyone know how to remove these for cleaning, it looks like you
have to pop open some clips at the bottom, but I'm unsure.

Can I remove my blinds?

Yes. The manual blinds can be removed but we would strongly advise not to
remove the electric blinds. Should you wish to do this we have a full
Lasting Care service where our engineers will remove your blinds to clean
the dust and debris from them

Another incorrect use of the word engineer. If an engineer turned up it would cost you ?1000 per blind. May be operative might be better.

Just tried to get my blinds serviced but Sandersons said they have changed
systems and don't support my blinds any more. Not my idea of lasting service!
Any ideas about how I could get someone to look at them Bardsey area, Leeds.

Hello Katherine,
I too have a similar problem as both you and Lynton, were you successful in tracking someone to repair your blinds?
When l called Sanderson, knowing the blinds were out of warranty l was expecting to pay for a hefty repair bill. Instead they told me we don’t repair out of warranty. Just where folk go to get a specialist item fixed Sanderson do not care, they didn’t say anything of this nature when you pass your hard earn cash over to them. The CEO of the Company is to blame, l bet he can get his fixed! and for FREE.
Thank you in anticipation of your answer.
