Has anyone bought one and - if so - what do you think of it?
[Can't remember the make - but it's like a tiny pair of scissors which cut
wet wallpaper in corners or where it meets the ceiling].
Roger
Having established what we are talking about, has anyone got one? Does it
work? How long do the batteries last? Do you need the optional extra battery
holder to get acceptable performance? Etc.
Roger
Yes we have one and i was very impressed with it. so far i have used
it to do one room and the battery was was ok when i finished. it makes
getting a neat cut top and bottom a doddle. Not cheap but well worth
the money.
Paul
Yup - I've had one for many years. It produces a far better edge than I
can do with a pair of proper wallpaper scissors. But I'd be the first to
admit I'm no pro at wallpapering.

We've got an Aris one - and it's brilliant (once you get the hang of the
angle needed to cut at). The edges are much better than using scissors or a
blade
Tracy
I'm still on the original set having done several rooms. Which reminds me
to remove them...

I have one that I bought in B&Q a couple of years back and have done the
entire house with it. The original blades are still going strong and I
changed the set of batteries once.
I can't remember the make but it looks similar to the QVC one, it is black
and yellow in colour, comes in a bubble pack and cost about £11 IIRC.

It is actually £9.95 and made by Trimeasy.
Sean
These things frankly sounded like a gimmick, but after your's and
others' comments I went and got one of the Trimeasy ones from B&Q --
I've always been poor at the paper-trimming job, and will try
anything.....
It works brilliantly.
Many thanks to you and the others for the recommendation.

Yes. It's often difficult sorting the wheat from the chaff on this sort of
thing, but I find it very good too.

You can be pretty certain if some have used something like this and
recommend it it will be ok.
