Removing fence paint from windows

I stupidly allowed spots of green fence paint ot get onto both glass and
UPVC, is there a solvent that will easily remove the paint that is kind
to UPVC.

Hot water should work if it hasn't dried on for too long.

And if it has dried it may not have bonded to well to the UPVC so try
seeing if it comes off by scrapping it with something like a wooden ice
lolly stick or plastic scraper (such as that supplied for spreading
glue/grout/car filler).
