Does anybody know if the above are still available. Or have Smiths
Meters, as I suspect, ceased to exist.

These valves I believe are/were different from current alternatives
available from the likes of Honeywell. In that the were electrically
returned to rest, rather than simply spung loaded.

Consequently it seems to have a second internal micro switch. And are
therefore I think electrically different, but still with 5 external
wires.

Does anybody know the conversion or crossover between the old 5 wire
colour code on the switchmaster, and that fitted to current valves. IE
what wire goes where.

I have looked at a honeywell spec sheet, but becoming more and more
uncertain as to connections.

The Switchmaster range was aquired from Smiths by ACL-Drayton who ceased
manufacture of the valves about three years ago. If it's only a two port
valve it should be easy to work out the corresponding wiring for a Honeywell
(or similar) valve. There are only two wires to energise the motor, and two
for the auxilliary switch (plus the earth) on the replacement. What colours
do you have on the Switchmaster? It may jog my memory.
