My user name for my web account with Octopus was xxx@......... but when
I sent an email querying the lack of bills I sent it from yyy@.........
The content of the email did give all the relevant details of my account
with them.
For some strange reason Octopus changed my web account user name to
yyy@............ and then neglected to tell me! The next time I tried
to access my account I'm told I have an invalid user or password! Now
sorted but a PITA.
