Virgin Media taking the piss

I have been charged for making a telephone call.


I have no telephone sockets or a telephone.


It might only be 46 pence but I am not paying it.

Yes, they are all as inept as one another, see my post in the virginmedia
general group. Porting a number seems to be too much for them.
You can bet that this is some kind of finger trouble somewhere.

Might turn out well if you tell them you want the bill corrected *and*
an explanation as to how it came about.

A few years ago they ignored my reports of an interim fault. I
complained. They lied, saying they'd spoken to me when they never did.
Second tier complaints refunded one month's bill and giving us £20 a
month discount for the next 12 :)
