You may believe "acting-up while being black" is a crime which deserves summary execution but decent people don't.

Neely's acting-up seems to be getting exaggerated just to excuse the Marine stepping in and killing him when he had no cause to. And causing death without just cause while indulging in vigilantism is murder.

I imagine the propagandists, apologists and racists will pretend to believe it but every should know that putting anyone in a choke-hold risks death and debilitating injury.
Receiving that knowledge is a standard part of any military, law enforcement or public safety training.
