Las Vegas police arrest five suspects believed to be members of MS-13
and responsible for TEN murders over the last year
The arrests were announced by Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo on
Monday
The five were arrested on March 7 while on their way to commit
another murder
All of the victims were either shot or stabbed numerous times,
police said
Three of the suspects are from El Salvador and one is from
Honduras; one of them is also a juvenile aged 17
Charges include kidnapping, assault with intent to commit murder,
first-degree murder, use of a firearm resulting in death and crimes
occurring on federal land
MS-13 is the name of an El Salvadorian criminal enterprise that is
'transnational'

Illegal immigrant who has already been deported back to Guatemala TWICE
'repeatedly raped a girl under the age of 14' after sneaking back into
the US
Anastacio Eugenio Lopez-Fabian, 24, was arrested in February for
raping a girl under the age of 14 multiple times
After his arrest police learned that he was deported twice to
Guatemala, where he is a citizen, in 2013 and 2014
He has been charged with rape, assault and harassment
A Clatsop County court district attorney requested Lopez-Fabian
report to the court next month due to the severity of his crimes in Oregon

Machete-wielding man tried to kidnap children at Walmart
Police in Louisiana say a possible illegal immigrant with a machete
tried to snatch two children from their mothers inside a Walmart.
Kenner police say it happened on Friday afternoon. They say at about 2
p.m., Billy Yoe Budier-Herrera entered the Walmart store with a backpack
and approached a mother and her 2-year-old child, who was seated inside
a grocery cart. Police say he told the mother if she did not listen to
his instructions, she would die. The mother attempted to walk away from
Budier-Herrera but he blocked the victim, placing his hand on the handle
of a machete, causing the mother to fear for her and her child’s safety.
Police say he then threatened to kill the boy if she did not listen.
The mother asked for help from store employees, as Budier-Herrera
grabbed the 2-year-old, and attempted to remove the child from the
grocery cart and take off.
