Detroit Riverwalk, actually a very nice place.
Key is, they put things in there that attracts white people like jogging
trails, kiddy splash zone, boat restaurants, small music stage that
features country and rock [NOT RAP !].
Also a strong law enforcement presence ,,, Half a mile away may be a
crack infested hood but this place is a money maker, and they want to
keep it that way.

I was recently working nearby for a couple of weeks and sometimes took
my lunch there, almost all white and some fine ladies, people out
walking dogs, relaxing, watching boats go by, socializing ,,, You'd
hardly expect that in Detoilet.
Most work or go to school nearby, whites have made a major comeback
around this former den of negroid crime and filth.

All fine until a pack of these feral apes show up
