ordered from them about a dozen times. quick and efficient service and you
can track your order. they also use dhl. however, luckly enough, i have not
had the need to return goods. seems people have had problems when returning
goods. would recommend highly.

No problems at all with my order from them. Ordered some gear on a Sunday
and it arrived on Tuesday from Oslo in perfect order.

My first order was a bit disappointing. I ordered a slot pioneer DVD player
and it arrived total bashed at one corner, with stuff rattling inside.

Was due to parcel force dropping it, as it turned out. Got it RMA'd and I
made a complete fuss as they wanted me to pay for it to be sent back when,
it was parcel force who f**ked up.

Anyway, I have a discount of £6.95 waiting for when I make another order, as
a token of good will!!!

I will be re-ordering when I get some money, as it wasn't their fault.

G.

(Just my experience. RMA did take a while though, but e-mail replies were
very quick).

Placed order, Komplett sent me something different to what I ordered. Sent
it back, they won't refund my postage costs, they won't commit to a value of
this 'discount' off my next order and they took three weeks to refund
(hasn't appeared on my credit card but apparantly the refund has taken
place). Their cock up, I'm the one out of pocket. Won't be using them
again.

It appears the problems with Komplett occur when something needs returning.
I'm just hoping the three items I ordered are correct and in perfect
condition...

to
1. test them out straight away.

2. return (at your cost) any faulty one for a refund and not a repair.

3. Prepare to wait for a few weeks or more.

Have done. I've just received an e-mail telling me the items have been
shipped :o)

Hopefully nothing will be wrong with the items, but I don't mind paying the
return costs as long as I a) get a refund on the price of the product or b)
get an exchange.

> 3. Prepare to wait for a few weeks or more.

That would annoy me but I suppose I can wait.

Cross your fingers that they've dispatched what you actually ordered.

Don't expect any refund on initial carriage or your return postage. No
reputable supplier expects the customer to pay for DOA's or the company's
cock up.

At least three weeks. Probably a month if you factor in the time to get an
agreed RMA.

A bitter ex-customer who is a tenner out of pocket because Komplett screwed
up.

1. test them out straight away.

You have 7 days to reject goods for whatever reason under selling by
distance rules.

2. return (at your cost) any faulty one for a refund and not a repair

Don't go for an exchange as this will take longer. Wait for the acceptance
and order a new component via the normal web site or other supplier. Once
you've set out your RMA you won't be able to change your mind.

3. Prepare to wait for a few weeks or more.

I waited 6 weeks for a replacement mobo from Komplett and 2 weeks for ebuyer
to get round to testing a DOA geforce 4.
