I've had Photo on the desktop for quite a while, but don't think I've
ever used it! I bought the iOS version a few months ago, but didn't
really click with it. Ended up with RawPower which I really like (this
on an iPad for very casual editing!)

It was indeed I who drew it to the group's attention, and I'm still happy
with it, despite its quirks.

Affinity Photo's got a steep learning curve, I find. My needs are pretty
basic, and in fact the filters it seems to have dropped into Apple's Photos
look to be pretty comprehensive.

Still, it's there come the day I do any serious editing.

Yes, I found RawPower to be a little more 'user friendly' than AP. That
said, I'd been mostly happy with Snapseed up till now (with the
occasional other app).

I was using Raw Power for a while, but on my iPad Pro. Unfortunately it
seems to have started being unstable, and the dev has no idea why either.

I was using Pixelmator Photo too, but as it saves huge sidecar files for
non-destructive editing, it's not practical for the bulk of my images.

I bought Affinity Photo for both Desktop and iPad, but as it doesn't
integrate at all well on the iPad (no extension capability at all), I
hardly ever use it.

For now I've reverted to using just Photos on my iPad for basic photo
adjustments, and actually it's doing a fine job.
