I found a collection (well, let's be honest, a heap) of retired
Macintosh stuff. Amongst the items lurking in a box was a copy of After
Dark 3.0, of Flying Toasters fame. It even includes the words and music!
This had cult status in its day, and I so much regret its passing. IIRC,
there is also a Fish screensaver in the package.
Anyone remember this, and what's more, anyone interested in having it?
Among the other stuff, I found Microsoft Office 4.2.1 (this is the one
with Word 6, Excel 5 and PowerPoint 4) complete with all manuals (this
is from the days when they actually printed manuals!) and Word Perfect
version 2.0. Also Stepping Out (this never really worked properly),
MacTools 4.0 and Vantage (anyone else remember Desk Acessories?).
There are even floppies for ClarisDraw, ClarisWorks and Think Pascal!
But no manuals :-(
Happy days!
John.

I bought a license for the OS X version of that ages ago. Was a bit
disappointed to be honest - as you say the original was quite a hit,
and I'd hoped they'd updated the graphics for OS X. They had...a
little. Still looked pretty old though.

Think Pascal I wrote my final year degree project in - a music teaching
tool for System 6. Sadly never made the leap to another other version
of the Mac's OS due to a dependency on some MIDI libraries which also
never made the leap.
