I've replaced my desktop P.C with a laptop, which is just great for my
need's.
The only problem is I now don't have a keyboard to plug into my minidisc
deck for titling, is there anyway I can use my laptop keyboard to do this ?

Is there a cable that will conect to my laptop some how which I can plug
into my MD deck via ps2 ?

cheers Ben.

Why not buy a keyboard. You can pick one up for less than £10.

To be slightly more useful (although my first thought was identical to
the other poster's comment), I've never seen something that allows a
laptop's built-in keyboard to be used on another device.

However, you could title via infrared (using a program on the laptop,
and a small box of electronics). WinRemote is one such thing (
http://www.czechin.com/minidisc/wremote.htm ), and costs around $45.
It lets you do some neat stuff as well, like CDDB lookups; record a CD
to MD, put the CD into your laptop's drive, it looks up the tracks and
titles your MD for you.

There are other (similar) things listed on http://www.minidisc.org .

Alternatively, just buy a nice sleek keyboard for the MD deck. If
you've got 61 quid to spare, the Linux Emporium do some lovely HH ones
in black (they lose the F keys and the keypad, and are fantastic
quality). http://www.linuxemporium.co.uk/hardware.html
