Can I transfer customised dark mode settings to other Win 10 PC?

Due to sight problems I've been working on dark mode settings in Win
10 for a long time. There are tricky areas, particularly with 3rd
party apps where the white(ish) window glare pops up and stops play.

There are lots of settings involved and while in theory it should be
possible to keep track, I sometimes get lost in it all.

I've got the web browsers pretty well useable but there are apps that
don't conform to my window colouring efforts.

Often used apps such as XMind can only be partially controlled by its
internal themes, leaving the tool and menu bars too difficult to read.

Third party utilities such as Desktop Restore, used for icon
positioning and repositioning, throws up options panes that are
impossible for me to read, so I click away bases on distant memory.

Anyways, today I noticed that on my old Dell laptop, connected to a
large TV, the "Desktop Restore" controls had taken on the Salvationary
dark mode settings. I must've done something, somewhere to achieve
this but what it was eludes me.

So my question is can I transfer just the appropriate *.reg setting
that cover these features from one Win 10 computer to another?
And if so, how?
