Thanks for the replies to my earlier post. One other concern I have is
connecting the case switches and lights to the mobo. Basically is there
anything I should be watching out for when plugging these into the board or
is it all pretty standard between cases and well explained in the
motherboard manual?
Finally I know this is more suited to another group but does the Abit
KX7-333 need to have a fan powered by the mobo to boot (problem if the HSF
power comes straight from the PSU) ?

Sometimes, the polarity of the LEDs isn't marked for the Power and HDD
lights, so if either doesn't show, just reverse the connector. The Start
and
Reset switches aren't polarised.

Depending on the Heat Sink fan (Delta in particular) you may need to draw
power from a molex rather than the mb as I know they say the delta draws too
much power and can blow the header.
I if you go with a molex, disable the bit in the bios that refers to "shut
down on cpu fan falure" to get it to boot.
